Can’t access a course? For Courses Purchased Before 1st April 2023:
If you purchased access to a course before the above date and don’t see it in your dashboard, let us know and we’ll re-activate your access for free.
Please note courses purchased 1st April 2023 onwards have a 12-month access period with option to renew your course access at the most current fee.
Course or badge is missing
Please let us know at [email protected] and we’ll fix it for you. (We’re currently re-shuffling many things and migrating to a new system, so the display of some items may be affected).
