Q: I've forgotten my account user name, how can I retrieve it?

A: Send an email to helpdesk@ethanhathaway.com with the email you used to sign up for your account with the subjec line: "Online Course Username Retrieval".

Q: How long do I have access to the online course?

A: You have 60 days access from the point we have received payment to access the online courses you have purchased.

Q: What if I want to extend my access period to the respective online course?

A: We presently do not have any special offer for access extensions, you will need to purchase the course access again.

Q: Do I need to setup a new account each time I purchase a new online course?

A: No, you can use the same User Account to purchase access to other online courses. There is no need to setup a new User Account.

Simply, go to your member page and log into your User Account, , and select the new online courses you wish to purchase.
